1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders and purchases made via the Plattify webshop (“Website”), operated by WKM, registered at Wieselsedwarsweg 2

1.2 By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Products

2.1 Our webshop specializes in custom-printed plexiglass items (“Products”).
2.2 Each Product is made to the Customer’s specifications, based on designs, images, or instructions provided at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Orders are placed by following the steps on the Website and confirming payment.
3.2 After receiving your order and payment, we will begin the production process.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in Euro and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made in full before production starts. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Website. Delays may occur in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the Customer.
5.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Custom Products & Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

6.1 All Products offered on this Website are custom-made according to your specifications.
6.2 As per Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code and relevant EU regulations, the right to withdraw from the purchase (return/cancellation) does not apply to Products that are made to the Customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
6.3 Therefore, you cannot return or exchange Products once your order has been placed and production has begun.
6.4 Please review your design and order details carefully before confirming.

7. Quality & Complaints

7.1 We strive to deliver high-quality Products. Small variations in color, size, or positioning may occur due to the printing process and are not considered defects.
7.2 If your Product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@plattify.com], including clear photos and a description of the issue.
7.3 We will assess the complaint and, if valid, offer a suitable solution (such as reprinting or partial refund).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 By uploading designs, images, or content, you confirm you have the legal right to use them for reproduction.
8.2 WKM is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements caused by Customer-supplied content.

9. Privacy

9.1 We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

10. Liability

10.1 WKM is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential losses.
10.2 Our liability is always limited to the order value of the relevant Product.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in [Your City], Netherlands.
